WHY IS ACCREDITATION IMPORTANT?
You are not alone in sharing a common goal of every institution. Every institution wants its students to reach their highest potential for the success of every student in order to prepare them for the 21st Century. In order to make this happen, the institution realizes that a continuous improvement process is essential. To legitimately and critically ensure high quality learning, teaching and growth in learning, iA will review the evidence of the school and consider possible next steps for improvement.

Our Recipe
Our recipe for the outcome we seek with our partners can be simply explained by the word “Daim.” The word is shared among multiple languages; Arabic, Turkish, Azerbaijani..etc, which means continuous or consistent. We acronym it to:
DESIGN
a program or a project that will benefit others and preserve the environment.
ACT
your role, and inspire others through theirs, towards achieving the results you aim to do when you first intended your program.
IMPROVE
continuously and persistently. Improve the outcome intended for the work; enhance the method you do the work through, develop the tools you use in your methodology; Improve and improve in an endless effort.
MAINTAIN
your performance and positive attitude. Consider yourself eternal and living on earth forever. Keep the spirits positive. Your tomorrow should be better than today.

The engagement process/review consists of professional educators that are dedicated to objectively analyzing data, interviewing staff, leaders and stakeholders, and observing instruction with a candid eye.

ACCREDITATION REVIEW PROCESS
The process begins by the institution gathering information, artifacts and documents for the review, familiarizing with the accreditation process, and engaging the leadership and stakeholders in the process.
The primary focus of the engagement review is to determine the institution’s strengths and weaknesses and to establish a series of next steps to help the school reach its highest level of improvement in order to ensure success for all students.
The accreditation process focuses on three spheres; these are:

2. Teaching and Mastery Sphere

Throughout over 40 years as a professional educator and now an educational consultant, she has enjoyed engaging in new experiences, mentoring student teachers, guiding and training teachers, and leading school improvement initiatives to improve performance. As a former administrator, she strives to provide the very best education for all children globally by leading schools to success.
BARBARA JOHNSON
SENIOR EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT
Dr. Johnson has served in a multitude of positions in education for over 40 years. She has taught from pre-school through university level during her career as an educator. Her degrees from Miami University (B.S.), Portland State University (M.S.) and University of Central Florida (Ed.D.) provided the educational qualifications for her positions as a teacher, professor, elementary principal, high school principal, and director of instruction and staff development for kindergarten through high school teachers. Her passion is to guide, coach, and encourage teachers toward higher levels of expertise
